We are shaped by stories.
For years, I hid behind a facade I created online, boasting about a life which was refined and carefully curated. Though with every post, I grew farther away from my authentic nature, and dove deeper into disease.
I suffered from addiction, disordered eating and depression. Diagnoses aside - I suffered from self-deception.
To start my path towards recovery, I picked up the pen - rather a pill. Instead of running from myself - I learned to sit still.
Practices of journaling, meditation, and connecting with others has positively shaped my inner and outer world.
Today, I’m privileged to share what I’ve learned as a public speaker, offering my experience, strength and hope to audiences everywhere.
